You have been carrying this pivot for two years. The bridge to it is closer than you think — and you are not crossing it alone.

The Crossing is a private 90-day catalyst engagement for high-performing professionals ready to step out of the career or chapter that no longer fits — and into the one that has been waiting.

The Problem

You are not stuck because you are not capable. You are stuck because no one has shown you how to access what is already there. The Crossing is how you get there.

You know the feeling. The books on your nightstand with the corners turned. The course you bought eighteen months ago, still on Chapter 3. The LinkedIn posts that land something real in your chest — and then disappear.

You have been doing the thinking. You have not been doing the crossing.

You are not starting over. You are crossing.

You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not starting from zero.

You are standing between a life that worked and a life that now wants to emerge. The career, the chapter, the identity that got you here is real. It just is not the whole story anymore.

The Crossing exists to help you move across that bridge — with clarity, courage, and a structure that holds.

The Solution

Not a course. Not a cohort.

Not another framework you will start on a Sunday and abandon by Week 4.

The Crossing is a private engagement, just you and Stephen, built on three phases drawn directly from The Success Catalyst: The Compass (who you are becoming), The Chart (the commercial plan), and The Crossing (the launch). By Day 90, you are not still thinking about the pivot. You have shipped it.

Deliverables

What you hold in your hands on Day 90.

A written Pivot Thesis, in your own words. A Values and Decision Filter that keeps you steady when the launch gets noisy. A Commercial Plan you can defend to the people around you. A Narrative and Personal Brand Platform ready to meet your first audience. And your first 90 days of real traction — already in motion.

The Fit

Who The Crossing is for — and who it is not.

The Crossing is for you if:

  • You have already achieved meaningful success in your current chapter.
  • You know you are in a real transition, not casual exploration.
  • You want a private path — not a group, not a cohort.
  • You are ready for direct conversation and personal accountability.
  • You value depth, discernment, and decisive movement over content consumption.

The Crossing is not for you if:

  • You are still on "if," not "what." Come back when you are on "what."
  • You want modules to watch on your own time. There are none, by design.
  • You are hoping the work will happen to you. It will not. It will happen with you.
  • You are mainly looking for tactical job-search support.

Proof

Why me. Why now.

Stephen Evans served as a Navy officer leading thousands of sailors who needed leaders who actually knew them. He then spent years as an executive coach to leaders inside Fortune 500 companies who had the title but had lost the thread. He wrote The Success Catalyst. He has been in the room for more of these crossings than he can count. He knows how to walk someone across a bridge they cannot yet see.

"I didn't even know I was at a crossroads. By the end of one conversation, Stephen had given me the vote of confidence to double down on MW Experiences instead of letting fear get in the way and close the business. Four years later, the company is what I dreamed it could be and more."

— Marisa Wong · Founder & Chief Experiences Officer, My World Experiences

In 2022, Marisa was carrying a decision most founders rarely face twice: shut down MW Experiences post-COVID, or rebuild it and double down. She had been wrestling with the question for months without anyone she fully trusted to walk it through with her. She met Stephen during that period — and a single conversation reframed the choice.

"I didn't even know I was at a crossroads. Stephen could see what I was carrying. He gave me the vote of confidence to keep going — and the honest counsel on how to do it."

She made the call: double down. Rebuild. Rebrand to My World Experiences. Expand globally.

Four years later, My World Experiences is a thriving family business creating high-end curated experiences for corporate clients around the world. Marisa is now developing her own next-chapter program — Life Experience Officer — built on the same belief Stephen showed her: that founders need someone in their corner who has already walked the road.

"Most people don't see the value of an advisor on their team until they experience it. I didn't either — until Stephen."

"I didn't realize I could — until Stephen showed me how possible it was. For a year, he helped me see that the shift I wanted was one I could design, because I already had the knowledge and the experience. What I once thought was out of reach became my next chapter."

— Pierre · Director, Digital Workplace at an international law firm

Pierre was carrying the weight of a decision he had been sitting with for years. He wanted to move from individual contributor to leader — a shift into a different industry and a different tier of responsibility — but he could not see how to make it. He knew what he wanted. He could not see the way through.

Stephen had been mentoring Pierre for seven years by the time that conversation began. When Pierre finally named the shift he was reaching for, they walked it through together for the next year.

"I didn't realize I could, until Stephen showed me how possible it was."

The turn came when Pierre understood something he had been unable to see on his own: he already had the knowledge and the experience. The shift was one he could design. What had felt like a leap became a designed move — deliberate, sequenced, honest.

Pierre made the pivot. Today he serves as Director, Digital Workplace at an international law firm — leading at the tier he had once described as out of reach.

"He helped me see that the shift I wanted was one I could design."

"Most advisors give you a framework and a template. Stephen asked the questions that helped me find the right frameworks myself. That's a different kind of partnership — and it's what made the projects work."

— George · Senior market director, leading global hospitality brand

George led a series of high-visibility projects in the diplomatic and community relations space at one of the world's largest hotel companies. The projects didn't have precedent. The standards were high. The stakes — for the brand, for the people in the room, for the city — were higher.

Stephen was the outside thinking partner.

"Most advisors give you a framework and a template. Stephen asked the questions that helped me find the right frameworks myself. That's a different kind of partnership — and it's what made the projects work."

The projects delivered. The reputation he built executing them is now part of why he's where he is. The way of thinking has stayed.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How do we start?

Apply through the form below. If your application is a fit, you will receive an invitation to schedule a private fit conversation — 30 minutes, no selling. If we both say yes, we sign and we begin.

Do I need to know what I am pivoting into?

No. But you do need to know that you are pivoting. There is a difference between "I do not know what" and "I do not know if." The Compass — the first two weeks — is built to help you name the what. You need to show up already knowing the if.

I have already worked with a coach. Will this be different?

Most coaching is calibrated to help you think more clearly. The Crossing is calibrated to help you ship. The deliverable on Day 90 is not a journal full of insights — though those will happen. The deliverable is a launched pivot, already in motion.

What if I am too busy?

You need about 18 hours of your time across 90 days. Front-loaded into the first two weeks, then weekly sessions. If you can give that, the rest is structured around your real schedule.

Can I pay in installments?

50% on signing, 50% on Day 30. That is the plan. Not because we cannot be flexible, but because the structure of the commitment is part of what makes the work work.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — though probably not the kind you are used to. The guarantee is the structure itself: if you do the work alongside us through the 90 days, you will have a launched pivot in your hands at the end. That is what we are building toward, and that is the only guarantee worth offering.

You do not have to do this alone.

You have already done the hardest part. You have known, quietly, for a long time that something was waiting. Step into the chapter that has been waiting. We walk this together.
